- Sunday, 06 May: No DR3 practice. Come cheer on our 1/2 marathon and relay runners at the Frederick Running Festival !!
- Coach Darcy recommends that all Frederick 5K runners do an easy 15 minute recovery run today, 5 x 50 meter strides, and static stretching

- Sunday, 13 May: Happy Mother's Day!! - No DR3 Practice - Run on you own!!!
- Tuesday, 15 May, 5:45 PM: Little Bennett Regional Park - Rt. 355/Hyattstown entrance (Hyattstown Mill)
- Sunday, 20 May, 5:00 PM: C&O Canal Towpath - Monocacy Aqueduct
- Tuesday, 22 May: No DR3 Practice
- Sunday, 27 May, 5:00 PM: Utica Park - to check out some new XC courses (Utica Park)
- Tuesday, 29 May, 5:45 PM: Worthington Farm
- Parking: Since parking is limited we will be using the two parking lots (upper and lower) as follows
- Youth runners who run with Coach Jim (Cooper) and Coach Andy (Redman) [these are primarily our younger runners ages 9 and younger] and our DR3 "Lightning Ladies" who run with Coach Nicole (Davis) should park at the upper parking lot (e.g. at the top of the dirt road, near the Worthington House).
- Youth runners (and adults) who run in any other group (e.g., with Coach Darcy) should park at the lower/bottom (first) parking lot [runners in this group can be "dropped off" if they have a parent who is parking at the top parking lot.
- We will all be meeting at the upper parking lot for workout instructions. Runners who park at the upper parking lot can do some dynamic stretching while they wait for our lower/bottom parking lot group to run the 0.9 miles up the road.
